Fall is in the air....
We finally have some cooler temps, even though today it was 87! So here was our busy day. After church and lunch at mom's, we headed to a piano Halloween party/concert. Jordan did a great job playing her pieces. I uploaded a video of one of the pieces she played "Monster Rock". Then we headed to a fall festival at a local church. Jordan enjoyed a donut-eating contest, face painting ( by her art teacher from school), and playing games and getting a little candy. Then we headed to our niece and nephew's house for pumpkin carving. They had a great time doing that! I was just the photographer... :0) I also got some pics of my super cute great nephew Luke who is 9 months old...what a cutie!! Here are some pics from our busy day...oh, J is a spa girl minus the green face mask...she will have that Friday night....

first day of 4th grade...

Well for Jordan anyway...I'm still in 2nd grade! This is her last year at my school, so this is a bittersweet year. Next year I have to send my baby off to another school without me! That will be a traumatic day for sure! But I have a year to prepare for that day!! Anyway, here are a couple pics of us this morning and then with her teacher Mrs. Bond. My first day was good but EXHAUSTING!!! I'm going to bed after this post!! Thanks for taking a look!

A little scrapping time....
On Wednesday, Jordan and I headed to The Crafty Scrapper, her for a Pre-teen crop and me for some cropping time. She had a great time making a journal made with envelopes. She got to stamp it, ink it, and make it her own. Here are a few pics of her having fun...I also got to have fun! I scrapped 4 pages then scrapped 2 more at home a couple nights ago.

Some layouts of our anniversary trip to Hot Springs last summer:

The title here speaks for itself.....
This was our room at the B&B:
These are pics of mom, me, and Jordan all around 6 months of age all wearing the same tam and sweater.

My baby is 9....

Can't quite believe it but it's true...in a few weeks she will start4th grade...again, can't believe it. She had a high school musical themed scrapbooking/slumber party. She had a small group of girls, but they had a great time. Here are a few pics from the party...

More layouts...
I spent the day at my happy place again yesterday. Almost 14 hours of scrapping and 11 layouts later we left for home. We had a great time and laughed till our sides hurt! I think that is a record for me getting 11 layouts finished...actually really 9...2 were finished except for title and journaling. I also finished some before left for vacation. All are of our trip from Branson last summer. I got some pics in the mail yesterday from this year's trip so I'm anxious to finish last year to start this year! Ok, most are not fancy as there are so many pics I just want them finished! Here they are!

All about the road trip and our bathroom woes along the way....
The beginning of our trip on day one.
Some putt-putt fun at Celebration City.
The shirt says it all...she is our little firecracker! I added the red bling to the white letters....

Having some fun on some roller coasters at SDC and Celebration City.
Unfortunately they didn't win the contest, but they sure had fun!
An unexpected visitor outside of our condo...
