Ok, I know it's not a real word, but it sounds good!! LOL!! Brook and I went to the Great American Scrapbook Convention today. Her dh Clay picked me up and dropped us off so we wouldn't have to pay for parking. We got in there and started by just walking around looking at everything first...then we were going to go back and buy. We did pretty good until we got to our FAVORITE scrapbook store in the world's booth, The Crafty Scrapper. We talked to Carolyn the owner for a few minutes before heading back to find the AMM purses that were being sold. I now have my green one in my possession!! Then I went back to their booth and found more clear stamps... ;0). We also stumbled on to a local store selling Purple Cows...buy one get one half off with free shipping!! We jumped at that!! We bought the cow as the heffer and the bull were too big. They should be delivered next week. I found a cute scrappy shirt with a tropical feel...also found some pink camo paper...been looking for it forever!!! Then we went back to our favorite store's booth to get a pic with Carolyn. We told her we were going to put it on our blog. She couldn't believe it! She had Amy the other owner come over and join us. So we met her and asked her to join in! The funniest part is they have a sign that says "It's Hot!" a phrase that Carolyn coined last year at convention not knowing that PH always said it. So now people tease her about it...so that's why the sign is in the pic!! All in all a great day! :0)
